1988 Mechanical engineering degree at the TU Chemnitz (subject: structuring of production processes with special focus on information processing).
1994 Doctorate on “Development of a Knowledge!based System for Metal Spinning”. Since
2007 Numerous teaching and lecturing activities at TU Chemnitz and Westsächsiche Hochschule Zwickau. Since
2012 Responsibility for the content!related design and the implementation of courses within the lecture series “Forming technology in the car making industry”
2013 Postdoctoral studies (“Habilitation”) on “The design and evaluation of a single stroke cutting procedure, using rigid tools, with particular emphasis on the quality of sheet metal cutting surfaces”.
Since 2014 responsibility for the Teaching and Research Departments Forming and Joining at professorship UFF and for additional lecture series “Forming technology” and “Forming tools”.
2013 Special Recognition Award at EU Women Inventors and Innovators Network.
2014 2nd price of Foundation “Industrial Research”.
2017 Appointment as Honorary Professor atWestsächsiche Hochschule Zwickau.
The participation to the Seminar will give to PhD students the right to 3 CFU.
